糯米纸包鸡

所需食材

樟茶鸭肉150克、火腿肠100克、青豌豆50克、熟糯米饭250 克、鸡蛋2 个、面包糠100 克、葱花、盐、味精、鸡精、胡椒粉、色拉油各适量、泰国鸡酱1碟、糯米纸若干

制作步骤

  1. 把樟茶鸭肉、火腿肠分别切成粒,纳盆后放入青豌豆、熟糯米饭和葱花,加适量鸡蛋液,调入盐、味精、鸡精、胡椒粉和少量色拉油,拌匀成馅料。再用糯米纸将其包裹成长方体,拖匀鸡蛋液,粘匀面包糠,即得纸包鸭生坯。
  2. 净锅入色拉油烧至五六成热,下入纸包鸭生坯炸至表面金黄酥脆且熟时,捞出来沥油装盘,随配泰国鸡酱上桌蘸食。
